Submitted discovery records expire 365 days after submission. Access stops at expiry. Scheduled deletion of expired records has not started in this preview. Existing workspaces created before this policy are preserved for a separate review. Use synthetic test information only; do not enter real client or personal information. Do not include passwords, tax IDs, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information.
